As an owner of RM Office Installations, Nancy has helped grow the company over the past twenty years. Schaefer is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction, as well as human resources. Within finance, she guides the accounting, tax, and internal audit functions to pursue the company’s aggressive growth strategy and meet its clients’ expectations.
As the founder and co-owner of RM Office Installations,Michael has grown the company from a small two-man partnership to team of over ten installers, two managers and an executive team.
